My responsibilities were to help small to big business owner create a website. This is different from the other companies I’ve worked for since Mopro is not a call center and our calls are appointment based. I determine what they want and what their goals in creating the site. My job didn’t stop with just launching their sites, but I assist them if they have revisions, requests, or questions about their website and account. Most of the time I do emails and I manage 200 plus clients.
