JOB SCOPE
• Troubleshooted and resolved mobile and application issues escalated from end users.
• Maintain, and perform various data loads and ETL processes.
• Plan, manage changes and new features, gather requirements and functionality based on
client’s agreed arrangement

ACHIEVEMENT
• Involved in UAT setup and conduct training for deployment on a new client.
• Being a key person support on ETIQA and SBFC - South Africa.
• Deploy and manage Rancher Kubernetes cluster of UAT environment including port & host
setup, system token, database hostname, etc.

PROJECT INVOLVED
• Develop and maintain BI processes including client dashboards (Pentaho) and reporting
(Jasper) for monitoring and tracking system processes.
• Develop API to be use by Prudential, for processing leads from iMoney, Eureka, etc.
• Develop and testing SMS setting, template, and SMS account provider onto our system app.

• Analyze and enhance system feature, design, flow use Moqup, Zeplin (UI/UX).
• Manage developer’s task through Sprint & Version Control (BitBucket, Git Hub, Apiary, etc)

PROJECT INVOLVED
• Enhance system workflow by adding ISO-14224 feature.
• Enable “Billing & Subscription” plan by migrating system to use Laravel Cashier framework.

• Extract various company data from company registry globally.
• Having an insight of data from various form (Annual Return, Articles of Incorporation,
Memorandum, etc) requested as per cases created.
• Maintain cases resolution from multiple environment (Stage/Demo/Prod/Jasmine-UAT) on
expected SLA time (10min).
