I do take care sales and business growth. For that I need to go to field for doing direct sales and marketing. I do visit client on a regular basis, do presentation about the product and service, demonstrate and compare it with other existing products available in market and make them convinced in a positive way for my product. I also make plan and strategy for making better way for increasing sales and find different business scopes. I discuss my plan and strategy with my team members and CEO so that it can be improvised.

I used to take care and help each agent including TLs and supervisor. I do help them so that they can develop their skills and efficiency regarding the job purpose and also, they can reach their target as assigned task. Answer the calls of Clients and Customer to listen their complains and solve those by enhancing the service quality. I also communicate with our foreign clients so that we can meet their requirements and quires as well. Besides these I do perform the role of an interviewer so that we can hire some good and efficient agent and do monitor their training session to ensure that they are on a right track. Last but not the least I send a complete shift report to the Operations Manager so that he can get to know all the updates.
