I worked on Soft Tech Innovation Ltd. at Dhaka, Bangladesh as Front-end, Wordpress Junior Web Developer from Oct 2015–Mar 2017. Here's my main role was to make a responsive website with using WordPress premium theme, WordPress & Opencart Theme Customization, HTML, CSS Bug Fixing. Also, create an e-commerce online store with Opencart and WordPress premium themes.

I joined here as a Support Engineer year 2019 April.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Providing Support via HelpScout support tickets/ live chat for both free & paid products.
- Site troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed bug reports.
- Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the Engineers team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
