I’m currently an Application Analyst of Salesforce.com which is currently based in Manila. I am responsible for the administration of all system configurations and technical set-up changes and resolve any technical issues reported by the global users of the applications. This includes the tasks like modification of security settings, role hierarchies and visibility rights of the users. I played a big role in the initial setup of reports and dashboards during the early phases of Salesforce.com. The reports which the users are using almost came from the initial reports that we’ve created that were cloned one after the other. Part of my task as an Application Analyst is I provide in-depth investigation and resolution of support incidents passed over by Live Help, creation and maintenance of test scripts which will be used for execution during the needed testing are one of my tasks as well.
