Likewise, I was responsible for install, configure and rollup those solutions.
- Voice Products: Design, configured and administered of solutions based on Cisco Voice Products as CCUM (latest version 10.X, 11.X, 12.X) integrated to Cisco Telepresence Server (Cisco Expressway), Webex, Unity, Contact Center, among others. In several times those platforms were linked to Analog PBX platforms through Cisco GW. I worked on integration of Cisco Voice Products to Cisco Telepresence products
- Security Products: Installed and configured of Cisco Firepower (like firewalls, IDS, antimalware and URL Filtering) and Cisco ISE

- Microsoft products: MS SQL Experience of more than 7 years: Created new tables, written stored procedures, triggers for Application Developers and some user defined functions. Created SQL scripts for tuning and scheduling.Involved in performing data conversions from flat files into a normalized database structure. Developed source to target specifications for Data Transformation Services. Developed functions, views and triggers for automation. Create Joins and sub-Queries to simplify complex queries involving multiple tables and also optimized the procedures and triggers to be used in production.
