• Monitors the Road Board Information System of Provincial and City Roads i.e. completeness of data uploaded;
• Ensures the Road Board access to the Road Board Information System and make the necessary coordination with DILG-OPDS-SLRF;
• Prepares the RBIS reports on the agreed timeline:
- Summary of LGU Road Inventory data;
- Quarterly list of LGUs that submitted/uploaded road inventories;
- Analysis of LGU road profile i.e. percentage of paved vs. unpaved; road condition and surface types.
• Prepares the report on the findings in the operations of RBIS needing appropriate action;
• Assists in the preparation of office PPP, flyers or communication materials when necessary;
• Establish the database of status report of all Motor Vehicle Users Charge (MVUC) funded projects and generate appropriate integrated/consolidated report/s on the agreed timeline;
• Counterchecks proposed road sections for funding under Special Local Road Fund (SLRF) be it a regular or special request for funding if included in the inventory of roads of the LGU;
• Assists in the preparation of documentation of proceedings during meetings/consultations and training;
• Coordinates with RB engineers for status updates in all regions of the country.
• Prepares a Monthly Status Report of all MVUC projects across all funds (151, 152 and 153) and all SARO releases for years 2016 to 2018.
