I am a young experienced HR & Admin professional having served private sector and currently serving a well-known organization KOH I NOOR HI-TECH (PVT) LTD (BOSS HOME APPLIANCES). I have an extensive experience in Administration, developing, implementing and evaluating Human Resource Management & Employee relations strategies.
I have fairly good understanding and hands on experience of Admin & HR maters and working with staff at all levels. I have a natural flair of mixing myself with the employees and develop a rapport in no time. I am fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform the duties in Human Resource and Admin department. I worked in Human Resource and Administration Department of Pakistan’s renowned School system (The City School 2009) as Human Resource and Admin Executive and the department was responsible for the management and development of all employees and students. Currently heading the Human Resource Department of KOH I NOOR HI-TECH (PVT) LTD(2016 - Present) (Boss home Appliances) as Manager HR and the department is responsible for Human Resource management & Advise and assist Managing Director in all matters relating to HR and align existing HR system to organization directions and vision. At the beginning of my career, working with Imran Ceramics(2005 - 2008), The City School and Madina Group of Industries (2014 - 2016) gave me enough confidence to start my career. I have the ability to work independently, identify problems and opportunities and design a solution best suited to optimize organizational goals without compromising the quality of output.
