TUV Austria is the largest Certification body & 3rd Party Inspection
Company operating in Pakistan and involved in providing QA / QC
& Certification services. Presently I am looking after all Sales,
Marketing and Operational activities all over the Pakistan. TUV
Austria is operating in 45 different countries with its head office in
Vienna - Austria. Pakistan is operating as Regional Office which is
monitoring few other Asian & Middle Eastern Countries as well.
Some of the responsibilities are:
 Monitor all the Sales & Marketing activities all Country wide.
 Monitor all the operational activities Country Wide.
 Hiring of new employees.
 To increase the number of contract signing in the region.
 To increase revenue on monthly basis.
 To monitor all the Sales Managers in different cities.
 To liaison and develop business associates all over the Pakistan.
 To Launch and develop new Standards.
 To co-ordinate with International offices.
 To retain previous clients through monitoring and implementation
Key Account Managers.
 To hold seminars and awareness sessions on newly introduced
standards.
 To develop and implement marketing strategies for new
standards.
 To Co-Ordinate with chambers and associations.
 To Co-Ordinate with Board of Investment and ministry to promote
standards among developing sectors.
 To deal with Large Multinational and National companies.
 To maintain and monitor International Reports and plan strategy
to develop Pakistan market.
 Solely responsible for the development in Sialkot, Faisalabad,
Multan, Peshawar and Islamabad.
 Development of International offices i.e Bangladesh & Sri Lanka.
 Responsible for preparing and achieving budgetary targets.
 Responsible for the achievement of profitability of Pakistan office.
 Responsible for monthly P & L with assistance of Accounts /
Finance Department.
 Responsible for all administrative issues.
