PIBT is setting up the country’s first Coal, Clinker and Cement Terminal at a estimated cost of USD $285 million at Port Qasim Authority. PIBT is a public listed company at Karachi Stock exchange, which is partly financed by IFC-member of the World Bank Group, OPEC Fund for International Development, along with a syndicate of local commercial banks and sponsored by the Marine Group of Companies. PIBT is being developed as state-of-the-art multipurpose dirty bulk cargo handling facility on a Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis. The Project is expected to be operational by the end March 2017.

Responsible and accountable for providing secretarial clerical and administrative support to CEO in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner, handling confidentiality and secrecy of the most highly important documents of the company. Take Transcribe and Type dictation. Maintain Correspondence/communications and ensure their smooth delivery. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Provide administrative and clerical support to department and individuals. Distribution of Mails to the concern departments. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Maintain all files for the CEO ensuring that material is properly marked and accessible for immediate use. Maintain general filing system and file all correspondence. Maintain schedule of meetings. Relay directives, instructions and assignments to Executives. Sign up for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages. Maintain Project Files. Read and Reply of Emails on CEO’s behalf. Ensure proper arrangements for Visa, Invitation Letters and Recommendation Letters for such business visitors. Screen mails addressed to the CEO and answer routine mails. Keep personal data and record of CEO. Posting and ensuring delivery of Greetings Cards, Calendars and diaries.
