AG Automobiles Limited, Euro Cars Limited & AG Motors Limited are sister concerns of Anwar Group of Industries. Sole distributor of Brand New Ford, Volvo & Peugeot vehicles in Bangladesh.
Key responsibilities:
o Develop and execute sales strategies.
o Maintain and strengthen a large portfolio of clients.
o Coach, mentor and motivate sales team including line managers
o Manage sales budgets and set targets
o As a part of upper middle Management prepare Annual Business Plan (ABP) and monitor to achieve ABP.
o Monitor day to day activities of the Team Members
o Monitor and analysis target vs. achievement of the team as well as individual team members.
o Continuous communicating and coordinating with Foreign Principal regarding Product, price, specifications, certificates and other International Tender related issues.
o Continuously working with other departments for smooth delivery, inventory control, and proper customer service and on time payment collection.
o Develop and execute sales plan to achieve ABP
o Develop and execute key accounts management.
o Focus and provide necessary support to the Team to achieve the objectives.
o Prepare monthly report on sales, collection and delivery and present it to the Top Management.
o Visiting customers with team members whenever required.
o Market segmentation and allocate customers based on the capacity of the team members.
o Attend various meetings with Foreign Principal regarding product, price and other policy related to the business.
o Promotional activities including Product launching, attending events, fairs& exhibitions.
o Recruitment of personnel.
o Plan and execute marketing activities.
