Job Description:
 End to End RAN/MW links execution for 4G/LTE Upgradation of sites and Rectifier Swap from Equipment Delivery, Integration until PAT, PAC, and FAC.
 Leading and develop a plan of upgradation activities of team members and Subcontractors to provide Customer and management full satisfaction.
 Making and Issuance of PO to Subcontractors.
 Making and submitting Offers to the customer for Microwave activities.
 Generating Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports.
 Making SMRs (Site Material Requests) for Microwave and RAN Equipment according to planned configuration and BOM respectively.
 Supervising Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of iPasolink200, iPasolink400 and iPasolink1000 MW Links including 1+0, 2+0, 1+1 HSB and XPIC HSB configurations required for upgradation.
 Configuring Ethernet Services including DCN Implementation, VLAN configuration, QoS Implementation.
 Configuration of New LAG on iPasolink series for Integration with ZTE PTN Optical Node Sites.
 E2E Media Clearance and verification from site to EPC (MME, PKI and SWG) server through Ping & tracert Tests.
 Supervising Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of the ZTE RAN product (ZXSDR 8900 and ZXSDR 8700).
 Coordination with all concerns (IP Core, Transport and Back Office Team) for interface connectivity & integration of new eNodeB’s in the network.
 Complete understanding to remove the KPI issues (TASR & TCH availability) of swapped sites with the coordination of RF department
 Coordinates with RF and Back Office team about RF issues & resolving optimization complaints.
 Look After All the installation configuration, commissioning of LTE upgrade sites.
 Provide technical support to Subcon engineers through remote and on-site troubleshooting for the smooth evolution of swap activity.
 Monitoring and rectification alarms on NEC PNMSJ MW Server and Net Numan RAN Server.
 Finalizing all documentation including weekly reports, Track Sheet, Hardware and Services BOQ,PAC,FAC for project closure.
 Leading all Acceptance’s process for complete projects in the region from PAT, PAC to FAC and coordinate with PMO team for timely closing of Acceptance’s in the region immediately after completing of activity. Also keep tracking of BOM’s & BOQ’s to ensure 100% claiming of installed equipment on sites
