Customer Care Service Agent and Sales Representative

I used to work as a Customer Care Service Agent and Sales Representative at Telvista, which is a call center for companies like AT&T, Metro PCs, American Express, Avis & Budget Group and others. I worked for Payless Car Rental , which is owned by the Avis & Budget Group Company. I worked there for four months and my job consisted in taking calls from customers from Payless, and assisting them with any issues they may have had, from giving them the schedule of a certain location, to submitting information to corporate about a complaint from the customer. I was a Sales Representative as well, so I had to assist the customer if they wanted to rent a car or even if they were only shopping around, I had to give them the best rate possible so they could do business with us.
