Duties
: Installation of operating system i.e Windows 7
• Computer Hardware Maintenance
• Installation of Drivers and application software i.e oracle, perpay, SPMS, CMS
• Installation of antivirus and updates
• Networking and configuration of the network
• Setting computers into the domain using Mozilla
• Helping employees where they have problems e.g on the internet, intranet, mailbox
• Repairing operating systems and performing data recovery
• Setting up HTTP proxy addresses and port numbers on the server
• collecting of data - serial number, hard diskdrive and operating system
• Restricting users not to download and install unknown software from the internet
• Troubleshooting printers and connecting it through the IP address
