I am responsible for:
Build databases in Microsoft Access with information of the financial management of the Research Department for further statistical analysis.
Build reports with the data, statistics and their respective analysis, providing information about the management of the Research and Transfer Department to the Planning Department that is in charge of the accreditation process.
Thanks to this job, the Colombian Ministry of National Education will award the Pontifical Bolivarian University, Bucaramanga Sectional, in 2018 and its Research Department with the high quality accreditation for 7 years.

At Manipal University I was working in conjuction with the School of Management and the Human Resources Department to redesign some of its processes. I redesigned the processes of recruiting, selecting and hiring of academic and non-academic staff based on the philosophy of continous improvement (Kaizen) , through a manual called People Policy Manual. I was also part of a committee for the strategic redirection of the university, we discussed and created the new mission, vision and institutional values, as well as the strategies to achieve them, for the next 5 years of the University.
