worked on developing a new queue management system specially designed to fit the company’s needs. the system is planned to replace current systems in all service centers. and inter-connect all centers with a centralized administrative site, it will also help produce performance reports and provide data for analysis.
Working at Syriatel gave me a head start, where it is a model business environment. besides enriching my technical skills by working under the supervision of the company's experts, it also helped me develop my teamwork, time management and organizational skills.
