 Developed Windows analysis both Prospective and Retrospective for the Client
 In the absence of contemporaneous updates developed the As built monthly windows based on linear distribution of progress to the activities
 Researched documents and developed Cause and Effect Analysis
 Developed Fragnets and entered them in the updates assessing the time impact to the completion milestone under analysis
 Identifies issues that adversely impact progress for coordination
 Supported analysis with graphs, tables and presentations
 Participated in meetings with all parties involved
 Performed delay analysis for various projects in Dubai, Qatar and Oman
 Evaluate subcontractor claims, formulate recommendations to the Client
