•Plan, design and recommend commercial process to improve and support commercial activities
•Analyze and document clients business and process and communicate these requirement by constructing conceptual data and process models in CC&B, including data dictionaries and estimates for organization
•Create test scenarios and develop test plans to be used in testing the business application(CC&B) in order to verify the clients requirement are incorporated in to the system design
•Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet clients’ needs and develop business specification to support these modification in CC&B
•To support team lead in meetings with clients to gather and document requirement and explore potential solution
•Assist in coordinating functional analysis task on information technology projects and provide support to other team members
