I am a Customer Service Agent working at a Filipino company here in the Philippines. My job description is to ensure that both the agent and customer are always updated for all the developments regarding their ongoing shipments and inquiries for the said shipments. I am also required to book every international and domestic air shipment based on the cargo details provided. Same goes for sea shipments.

For the internal servicing, I am required to endorse the import shipping docs to Import operations for them to process the releasing and delivery of the shipment. Same goes for incoming and outgoing domestic shipments.
