• Traveled to the Client’s main office in Dallas to acquire first hand-experience and training on the product and the business visión for the Project (5 weeks).
• Planning testing suites and test sets for current develpments, features and improvements
• Creating test cases correspondingto business objectives as well as usability and functional requirements.
• Creating tests specific for every test case and scenario
• Executing and fine tuning tests on testing and staging environments
• Approving releases for current developments on Platform Team.
• As head of Testing in Mexico Office, sending Weekly activity reports and tending to the tem needs
• Preparing QA case for SCRUm meetings on Planning and Retrospectives, and reporting on Daily Scrum Stand-Up meetings.
• Coordinating with other departments, especially DEV to execute tests if any specific requirements or environment settings are needed.
