Trains Loss Prevention and Security staff and stores employees on Loss Prevention procedures and regulation.
Ensure that all employees respect and follow applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures in order to protect people, assets, data and reputation of the company.
Monitors stores safety policies and procedures to ensure its implementation and compliance with country laws and NFPA codes and standards.
Conducts investigations of fraud cases such as employee theft, breach of ethics, corruption and violations of loss prevention policies and recommends resolution thereof.
Provides recommendations and solutions in crisis situations such as workplace violation, protests, demonstrations, civil war and manages the situation locally.
Analyze retail data(i.e LP,Commercial,financial etc), attend Store Loss Committee Meetings and ensure action plans are timely prepared and followed and develop strategies to reduce losses in high shrinkage sections in the store.
Ensure that all departments adheres with the budget and propose corrective measures when necessary.
Propose security service providers meeting store contractual requirement.
