HR Supervisor

• Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, counseling, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development and performance appraisals).
• Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and time scales.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
• Supervise the staff and report in order to ensure that there has been proper execution of policies and everything pertaining to human resource issues is moving in the correct pace.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the executive.
• Serve as link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.
• Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
