2015/01~

Generally, as an Entrepreneur, Legal counsellor, I`ve consulted people in different branches of law, according to their life-situations, conditions, when different problems occurred. Also, I`ve been giving financial, business advices, was hired as a translator. Worked on the base of contracts, signed with different individuals and corporate clients. Recently, I`ve decided to change my place of permanent living, because of getting marriage. And, I`m not planning to return back to Azerbaijan. So, I`ve stopped my business there. Now, I`m living in Batumi, Georgia since October of 2019. I consider, it will be good to tell about, what I did in details by an example:
By being an Independent Entrepreneur, I took part also as a hired, temporary manager, translator and etc. In the summer of 2016 (June - July), I was working on such position at "Green City" Baku. The company was new founded. I was managing on starting of its functioning. It was an entertainment business, engaged in hospitality and tourism. When I was hired, the company was liked to a big set of people (about 200 persons) working there. It had nothing, neither organizational structure, system, regulated departments nor orders. Every day people were coming there and going away. The chief - owner of the company had hired me to organize his business:
*1st, as a lawyer, I paid attention on its existing, how was this legal entity been established, according to the current legislation of the state. Had observed and controlled all of its constituent documents
*2nd, I`ve started organizing a skeleton of the company, its different departments. After their organizing, the company was consisted of 5 structural departments, as:
A) Business and Marketing Department, ruling the business activity, earning money for the company, preparing marketing strategy;
B) Department of security - supporting and ensuring the safety on a territory of 6 ha.;
C) Financial Department, ruling cash-flow, on proceeds and expenses of the organization, also monitoring them;
D) Department of managing hotel and entertainment, reception, also responsible for the preparation of all kinds of entertainment programs and their implementation;
E) Department of hiring various workers to perform certain works at the facility, which is also involved in planning works on maintaining the facility and servicing at it at the highest level for guests` ideal rest. Also, this department was responsible on diary servicing to the guests, administrating this process. And I defined all of the employees` official duties. I had done a lot of works there
At ASCO - logistic (shipping) company, I was hired as a General Administrator. The rulers of the company organized the subsidiary - business unit: "Yacht club" hotel. I was controlling receptionists there, administrating their functioning. I was hired for the period of: 07.2018-07.2019.
At "Silkway" Logistics, specialized in air transporting, I was hired as a Spanish translator. Was supporting business conversations. Period of: 06-09.2018.

2001/09~ 2006/06

Qualification Lawyer (Jurisprudence). I had been educated in all branches of Law. Specialization - Criminal law, Criminalistics (Forensic science) and criminology, also International Private law. Have University Diploma equivalent to Master degree. The main theme of my Diploma was - Using special (non-legal) knowledge in investigating crimes.
