Providing information to customers and large companies (both business and private) about internationally and locally sent packages and Packages that expected from abroad. Starting investigations. Stay in Contact with the customs tax service in the Netherlands about delivery fees, clearing and dispatching of parcels, starting investigations, informing about sample shipments, and transferring refund requests. I was also a coach for new agents.
