• Provide current and potential exporters with trade information for successful operation in overseas markets.
• Matchmaking of exporters to suppliers here in Guyana and international
• Assist exporters in promoting their products and services in all market through participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
• Provide investors with the steps necessary to commence business in Guyana.
• Assist in coordinating joint ventures between local and international investors.
• Work with investment projects from the initial stage.
• Provide information on incentives in the various sectors for investors.
• Work along with all relevant Government agencies
Achievements
Successful planning the Guyana International Petroleum Business Summit and Expo, Guyana’s participation at Prospectors and Developers Association convention 2017 & 2018, Company’s participation in Guyexpo 2009 to 2014, Guyana Craft, Tourism and Trade Expo 2013, Guyana’s participation at BMEX 2015, hosted a number of investors including the coordination of a group of Barbadian investors through the Barbados Investment and Development Corporation in 2016 & 2018.
