-Coordinate and supervise the development and implementation of project activities to implementing community based services to enhance capacities
-Define, develop and implement long term funding strategies for the organization. Participate in needs assessments as well as proposal writing.
-Identify, support and develop mechanisms for effective project monitoring and evaluation efforts and systems for information sharing internally and externally
