• Setting developmental goals and objectives for the company,
• Geo-data modelling and interpretation,
• Preparing and defending of proposals and reports,
• Negotiating employees salaries and incentives,
• Providing enabling work environment and ensuring strict adherence to the global HSE standards and practices by the
staff,
• Monitoring of data entry, account payable, pay roll, and report entry.
