 Community Manager Plus (https://www.djoola.net) is social networking tool aimed at gathering people around a communications platform in order to favour verbal arguments over physical confrontation.
 It is actually host to over 5400 active members of a local political formation.
 It invites people to engage in local, and nation-wide political debates, events, and news sharing.
 It particularly encourages sharing ideas, and making soft (intellectual) as well as tangible (financial) contributions to all major issues (such as agriculture, education, economical opportunities, etc.), and challenges that the country, through its local communities, is facing.
 It is intended to serve as a direct interface between the people, the government’s officials, and other officially community-elected people.
 In 2015, it was proposed to the President of the Republic as a communications tool that would have allowed him to get closer to his people, with no intermediaries.

 In order to present machine-stored data in a human-readable format to decision makers, I developed 5 data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tools after analyzing the complex data structure of the ChildLink software database of Plan International (https://plan-international.org).
 This process saved at least 2 months of labour of 200 community workers just to recollect and recompile the information already available in the aforementioned database but directly unusable by humans. This job required strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills, as well as good knowledge of the involved system.
 I also developed 5 applications (3 WinForms and 2 Web applications) for automated processing of departmental communication items.

 Development of a Microsoft Access to Word mail merge system that processed critical sponsorship communication items in only 3 hours, which would have taken 50 days for a single person to achieve manually.
