Job Responsibilities:
BILLING
• Prepares monthly billings to tenants/lessees (i.e. Monthly Rentals, CUSA, Utilities and Maintenance Dues).
RECEIVABLE AND PAYABLE
• Collects payments from the lessees, summarizes and issues receipts;
• Monitors outstanding receivables;
• Reconciles transactions between the lessees and the company;
• Processes payments to suppliers;
• Monitors unpaid supplier's invoices.
TAX COMPLIANCE
• Prepares Bureau of Internal Revenue’s returns as well as all other reportorial
requirements with any government agencies;
• Coordinates with external auditors for the Annual Audit;
• Preparation of payroll related statutory requirements;
• Processing of Business Permits and all its necessary compliances; and,
• Maintenance of the books of accounts.
GENERAL ACCOUNTING
• Records daily transactions and prepares journal entries;
• Review of accounting entries made on the accounting system;
• Preparation of necessary adjusting entries (monthly, quarterly and annually);
• Preparation of financial reports and all other reports required by the management;
• Oversees all accounting related transactions (i.e. Cash, Accounts Receivable,
Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, Loans, etc.); and,
• Prepares reconciliations of accounts.
BUDGETING
• Prepares a company-wide forecasts based on the review of previous budgets, actual expenses and current budget submitted per department.
