I get promotion as Head of Accounts of Direct Fresh Limited from Accountant of B Global Interactive Limited for my honesty, hard working mentality, capability, punctuality, and understanding of accounting. As Head of Accounts I have to manage the overall financial plans and accounting practices of Direct Fresh Limited as well as B Global Interactive Limited. Oversees treasury, accounting, budget, tax, VAT and audit activities for Direct Fresh Limited and B Global Interactive Limited. Work with bank for daily transactions, opening LCs and various loans. Also work with various financial Institutions such as SME foundation for Work order financing. Prepare the costing of various imported products. Also need to prepare daily sales report as well as weekly receivables and payables. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Manage and maintain the payroll system for the group.
