Conducted search and Substantive examination, conducted searches for
Member states, conducted searches on Patentscope, Espacenet, Patent lens, Google Patents, USPTO and AUSPAT; Conducted Formality examination (Trademarks, Designs and Patents) ; Responded to queries and communication from clients; Participated in ARIPO Governing body meetings i.e. Technical Committee on Industrial property, Administrative Council and Council of Ministers meetings, Prepared documents and reports for Governing Body Meetings attended; Drafted Reports for Governing body Meetings; Drafted the comparative analysis documents for the harmonization process between ARIPO and OAPI; Drafted the ARIPO business model and the social media strategy; participated and represented ARIPO in local, regional and international for a; undertook 4 months research work on IP and Africa by Japanese stakeholders behalf of ARIPO in Japan (5 multinational companies and 2 Intellectual Property Associations with over 1000 members each, 2 universities and the Japan Patent Office)
