• Support market sizing model for O&G, including business assumptions for products surrounding upstream, midstream and downstream segments. Special focus on surface products.
• Developed O&G onshore market sizing for Bolivia, looking for opportunities for all segments of O&G, having conversations with executives regarding future projects and possibilities for GE.
• Supported the development of presentations for LATAM executives, summarizing the data from market sizing models, showing main opportunities for GE in LATAM.
• Lead and developed competitor analysis for surface segment in O&G. Tracking main activities and projects in LATAM for Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes and Weatherford, news and overall information of activity.

• Drive conversations with O&G executives regarding carefully crafted financial plans and dashboards, consolidating and summarizing key aspects of the region’s performance
• Lead past dues planning and tracking. Quarterly revision of Past dues estimates, and weekly follow ups on the cash collections.
• Support the weekly order report to O&G regional executives highlighting the main changes between actuals and the plans throughout the quarter
• Lead and develop commercial cost analysis. This analysis includes feedback from senior staff managers in LATAM and constant interaction with Human resources and financial personnel throughout the region.
• Support quarterly reviews on annual and quarter plans and subsequent presentations for O&G HQ. Revision and constant follow ups so said estimates are accomplished successfully.
