 Act as a representative of PMU Component IV, Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms at the provincial/Regional Head Quarters in connect with formulation and implementation of Social Protection Policies at Regional/Provincial Level and contribute to Social Protection Framework at Federal Level.
 Act as a Facilitator in effective Planning & implementation of Social Protection Policies at the Provincial/ Regional Level.
 Acquire adequate information/knowledge of social protection policies/plans and projects being implemented at Provincial/regional Level and promote complementarily and Synergy.
 Maintain liaison with all relevant line departments and authorities for formulation and implementation of social protection policies.
 Provide Feedback/inputs/update with regard to Social Protection activities to Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), MoPDR, as and when required.
 Submit monthly report on ongoing social protection activities after due consultation/coordination with all stakeholders, indicating progress, shortfalls, issues and recommendations for improvement.
 Identify issues/ problems and communication gaps if any in smooth planning & implementation of social protection policy and suggest corrective measures
 Regularly monitor the performance of consulting firms to ensure the agreed deliverables within specific time frame.
 Prepare detailed Work Plan in consultation of concerned stakeholders for formulation and implementation of social protection policies.
 Work out comprehensive plan for consultative meetings, FGDs, Workshops and seminars so as to achieve the desired objectives in consultation of Focal person and consulting firms.
 Based on approved Social Protection Policy, prepare an implementation plan/framework in collaboration of provincial/regional authorities.
