1. Integrator:

Responsible for complete onboarding process of new merchants from sandbox(test) environment to production(live) environment.
Provide direct assistance to developers (merchant's side) during the integration phase.
Create processing environment inside the payment gateway.
Perform API test using Postman and Hurl.it (HTTP request methods).
Build payment form template and wait form template for users with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Work with Salesforce to trace integration records.

2. Technical Support:
Provide support to merchants' ongoing requests.
Responsible for adding new processing channels to merchant's environment.
Act as a primary contact with the processors to resolve merchant's technical issues.
Keep track of merchant's processing strategy and update the environment from time to time to raise the processing volume.
