1) Analyse market insights and competitor analysis to support management team's decision making and strategy.
2) Measure and analyse report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3) Monthly tracking of enquiry leads and sales conversions to ensure that all the digital marketing campaigns meet the business objectives.
4) Build cross-functional rapport to drive innovation projects and improve campaign hit rate.
5) Develop the strategy and manage the execution of Rentokil Initial Brunei's digital strategy and campaigns, in alignment with business goals. and marketing initiatives.
6) Provide mentorship to Marketing Trainees on digital marketing skills and data analysis.
