• In this position I do Competitors Research Analysis for clients in the United States. I am also in charge of creating the content for Landing Pages when the customer does not have a website. This is for tracking purposes in order to track calls, leads, or fill out forms. In my Competitor Research Reports I have to compare the Ads, estimated Paid PPC Monthly Budget, Keywords used in the Campaign, Location Target, Prices, Reviews, and Promotions the competitors are using so we can differentiate from them doing better Ads or Promotions. I also handle the admin process and logistic in Salesforce and CRM platforms. I am still working here Mondays - Fridays.

• In this school I teach English as a foreign language to students of different levels according to their age. It has been a great experience for me because I have had the opportunity to teach students what they need to be able to develop their skills to learn English as a second Language. What I like most of working at this school is the work environment, because my coworkers are very polite and cooperative among themselves. Also, we are constantly doing workshops and learning the latest techniques so we can become better facilitators. I am still working here on Saturdays.

• In this position I helped customers manage their pre-paid cell phone accounts with the Company such as adding money to their phones, activating phones, changing plans, ordering new and replacement phones, swapping phone accounts from one device to another one, receiving payments from prepaid top up cards, credit or debit cards. Also, I used to help them transfer their service from other service providers to the Company. In addition, I helped customers troubleshoot their accounts and handsets whenever they had technical issues with the service.
• In this position I learned how to be patient and how to provide the customer satisfaction the Company pursues in a timely manner with the least expenses.
