Manage and lead a team of Process Trainers. Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members. In charge of updating Pre and Post Training Materials to ensure QUALITY training provided to new applicants. Facilitate Calibration to ensure all Trainers are updated with revisions.
