Main Responsibilities: Management of the financial reporting process. Performing monthly project reviews. Leads the forecasting process – backlog/pipeline analysis/costs to complete. Leads costs charged to projects to ensure accuracy. Manage the project budget and project reporting activities.

Leads all activities related to contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues related to contracts with clients including the drafting of contracts and generation of variation orders to maximize profits. In-depth understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes relating to individual contracts. Contracts management and administration. Handle contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues related to main contracts and purchase orders with suppliers/vendors. Monitor contracts progress and payment status and ensure that appropriate reporting of project contracts status is provided

Attributes: Highly developed analytical skills to be able to interpret data and convey a clear message. Very strong excel skills with a working knowledge of pivot tables/formulas and presenting financial information clearly and professionally.
