1. Organize training and workshop as well as all project activities related to
“Strengthening the Indonesian National Police through Institution Building –
Phase III” project, including cascade trainings or workshops in pilot project
areas in Maluku or Papua.
2. Contribute to the development of plans and strategies for all project
components.
3. Assist national consultants or evaluator in the conduct of baseline/end line
survey, training need assessment or other study activities, in coordination
with Senior Project Assistant and partner agency.
4. Liaise and coordinate with INP(Indonesian National Police) at provincial and
district level to ensure proper implementation of project activities through
close coordination with Senior Program Assistant.
5. Coordinate with NGO, local leaders and other stakeholders in relation to
the identification of appropriate participants of project activities.
6. Carry out preparation of field activities to ensure that activities are well
planned and coordinated with relevant stakeholders. Ensure that the Senior
Project Assistant, Project Coordinator or Consultants are regularly updated on
the progress of project activities.
7. Prepare and submit project activity reports in a timely manner.
