- Lead and initiated investment decisions, including initiative assessment, category portfolio analysis and marketing spending analysis for P&G Business units.
- Conduct cost & investment analysis, related to manufacturing and logistics costs, cost forecasting and working on cost optimization projects to increase total shareholder return.
- Provide profit and revenue forecasting submission to regional business units, budgeting for P&G business units and lead financial and strategic planning for the company across multiple business operations.
- Participate in monthly joint promotion planning with distributors to achieve win-win in store success.
- Deliver Financial Information to external auditors and lead the company effort on Statutory Compliance through internal audits and assessments.
- Monitor and provide budget tracking and spending forecasting for distributor and SKII trade funds to respective stakeholders to avoid potential overspending risks.
- Spearhead cash flow analysis together with the accounts receivable team to generate efficient cash reserves for P&G and accelerate payment from clients.
- Conduct competitive analysis on pricing and marketing strategy to enable an objective and thorough investment decision.
- Responsible for distributors and SKII fiscal year end accrual process and submission to regional team.
