Overall project monitoring connects with the points given bellow:
 Projects follow up in according with the master schedule and report to the top Management.
 Making a temporary office and store room, labor shad and toilet.
 Connect the utility connection (Water, Gas, electricity).
 Collect the Architectural, structural and Rajuk approval drawing.
 Collect office stationary, and construction materials and equipment.
 Prepare the project estimate.
 Supervise the pile lay out and casting work.
 Building Layout fixing for the basement and foundation work.
 Supervise the structural work for basement, mat, columns, and slab.
 Supervise the super structure work.
 Brickwork, plaster, wooden work, Aluminum, and paintwork supervise.
 Preparation the material requisitions and checking quality in site.
 Maintenance the use of materials within budget.
 Make monthly program and achieve target with respect or master Program.
 Smooth client handling and ensure client services.
 Maintenance the checklist and formats of all works properly.
 Preparing contractors bill and checking the physical work.
 Compare bill with the physical work and check store ledger for inventory.
