I am writing to apply for your recruitment looking for a dynamic, proactive, and qualified candidate to fill the open position. I am so much interested in working with different people, and would like to apply for the vacancy as it really matches my practical experiences, educational background and qualification.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to introduce my background and experiences. I graduated Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Indonesia University of Education, Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Administration from Preah Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University, and Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University of Cambodia. Regarding experiences, I have been working in the areas of academic administration (consultation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and curriculum development); teacher training; student recruitment and management; academic personnel management; and wide range of teaching from primary to university level for years. Currently, I am an Assistant Dean for the College of Education at The University of Cambodia (UC). Here, I have been working closely in academic management, teaching evaluation, course preparation and schedule, and short course design as well academic consultation. Also, I had been a director for the Office of Admissions, Information, and Registration at this university– worked in public relations, student recruitment and management. At UC, I have also been teaching (BA international program) several courses related to education, such as philosophy of education, psychology of education, religious studies, cultural studies (Khmer Culture), and moral philosophy. Additionally, I had been an ESL English teacher (adult and young learner programs) and general education (social studies - high school) for years. Beside academic sector, I also used to be a president of Cambodian Student Association in Indonesia that I had worked closely in field of international public relations, cultural event organization, and government relations. Furthermore, I have joined many local and international conferences and events as an organizing committee, panel/guest speaker, and participant that those vital experiences do fertilize my knowledge, skill, and competency in the fields of academic leadership, teaching, implementing, monitoring, and evaluation; curriculum development; academic personnel management; public relations; and interpersonal skill.
