Maintenance Supervisor / Coordinator

2009/01~

Maintenance Supervisor
 Prepares Annual Preventive Maintenance schedules of dairy processing equipments and machines based on each machine specification and classification.
 Prepares Monthly Preventive Maintenance schedules and coordinates such schedules to concerned departments.

 Perform, checks and monitor implementation of Preventive Maintenance on time and in line with machines or equipments maintenance checklist.
 Prepares and coordinates to concerned department regarding plant shutdown as may be arises by machine breakdown and maintenance activities.
 Coordinates with the Production department regarding the special maintenance required by machine/equipments supplier.
 Monitor daily machine breakdown, documented machine history to formulae corrective and preventive maintenance action to prevent machine and equipment breakdown that causes production stoppages.
 Evaluate machine performance and recommend equipment replacement/upgrade and capacity improvements as part of continuous improvement policy.
 Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as specified in the manufacturer’s recommendation and/or NADEC Quality System.


Maintenance Coordinator
 Reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
 Attends ISO, HACCP, Quality Surveillance and Certification Audits.
 Controls and documented Preventive Maintenance activities of the department as per ISO, HACCP and Quality System standards.
 Prepares machines or equipments maintenance checklist as per manufacturer’s specification as per ISO, HACCP and Quality System Standards.
 Documented maintenance activities and prepares Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reports to the Engineering manager.
 Coordinates concerned departments regarding machines or equipments manufacturer’s Service Visits, Installation and Commisioning works.
 Conducts orientation of new personnel of the department.
 Prepares human resources related reports (attendance, overtime hours, leave absences, vacations, etc.) of the department.
 Coordinate and liaise with other teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain) and Management to ensure all relevant information is communicated efficiently and effectively.

Production Maintenance Engineer (Assembly Line Maintenance)
 Shift In-Charge during night shift operation.
o Leads four Technical staffs and six Indirect workers.
o Decide on matters regarding production encountered troubles and maintenance activities.

 Makes and recommends to immediate superior modification of checker jigs and other equipment.
 Dismantles phased-out Checker boards.
 Makes improvements on Checker boards.
 Does major repair and maintenance to Checker boards already used in the existing products.
 Repairs repairable checker jigs from dismantled checker boards.
 Performs other related job form time to time as may be required by the immediate superior in the attainment of the set goals and objectives of the section.
