Maintenance Supervisor / Coordinator

Maintenance Supervisor
 Prepares Annual Preventive Maintenance schedules of dairy processing equipments and machines based on each machine specification and classification.
 Prepares Monthly Preventive Maintenance schedules and coordinates such schedules to concerned departments.

 Perform, checks and monitor implementation of Preventive Maintenance on time and in line with machines or equipments maintenance checklist.
 Prepares and coordinates to concerned department regarding plant shutdown as may be arises by machine breakdown and maintenance activities.
 Coordinates with the Production department regarding the special maintenance required by machine/equipments supplier.
 Monitor daily machine breakdown, documented machine history to formulae corrective and preventive maintenance action to prevent machine and equipment breakdown that causes production stoppages.
 Evaluate machine performance and recommend equipment replacement/upgrade and capacity improvements as part of continuous improvement policy.
 Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as specified in the manufacturer’s recommendation and/or NADEC Quality System.


Maintenance Coordinator
 Reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
 Attends ISO, HACCP, Quality Surveillance and Certification Audits.
 Controls and documented Preventive Maintenance activities of the department as per ISO, HACCP and Quality System standards.
 Prepares machines or equipments maintenance checklist as per manufacturer’s specification as per ISO, HACCP and Quality System Standards.
 Documented maintenance activities and prepares Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reports to the Engineering manager.
 Coordinates concerned departments regarding machines or equipments manufacturer’s Service Visits, Installation and Commisioning works.
 Conducts orientation of new personnel of the department.
 Prepares human resources related reports (attendance, overtime hours, leave absences, vacations, etc.) of the department.
 Coordinate and liaise with other teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain) and Management to ensure all relevant information is communicated efficiently and effectively.

Production Maintenance Engineer (Air Bag Unit)
 Checks the start-up and keep the smooth operation of the production line.
 Perform Youdou and Circuit resistance & continuity checker boards change.
 Monitor, checks and adopts design changes on Youdou and Circuit resistance & continuity checker boards equipment and its data program.
 Does Preventive and Corrective maintenance on Youdou and Circuit resistance & continuity checker boards, Circuit analyzer machine, tools and equipments to make it actively use in production line.
 Design and fabricates new Youdou and Circuit resistance & continuity checker boards required for new Air bag wiring harness products.
 Prepares and checks the program to be used in circuit inspection for the newly fabricated equipment of new wiring harness product based on the customer’s specification.
 Instructs and educate operators and line leaders for the efficient use of new equipments or machines.
 Planning and designing machine improvement that includes modification, design changes and machine layout for effective work distribution and vivid outcome.
 Analyzes problems encountered and formulate countermeasure.
 Establishes instructional manuals related to the functions and objectives of the unit.
 Performs other related job form time to time as may be required by the immediate superior in the attainment of the set goals and objectives of the section.

Production Maintenance Engineer (Assembly Line Maintenance)
 Shift In-Charge during night shift operation.
o Leads four Technical staffs and six Indirect workers.
o Decide on matters regarding production encountered troubles and maintenance activities.
o Coordinates with other sections regarding problems and improvements.
o Analyzes maintenance problems elevated by Technical staffs and Indirect workers.
 Ensure the smooth start-up and keep the normal operation of the production line.
 Monitor, checks and adopt design changes on assembly, checker board and circuit programs.
 Makes maintenance schedule and maintain, repair conveyors, circuit analyzer machine, expansion scanners and other equipment use in the production of wiring harness.
 Receive and monitor for a timely assembly board change from Production assembly section.
 Inspects assembly lines for defective / damaged boards, tools and other equipment.
 Perform duties of Foreman in his absence.
 Unit Trainor.
o Trains and mentor new hired personnel of the unit.
 Attends trial production.
 Planning and designing machine improvement that includes modification, design changes, and machine layout for effective work distribution and vivid outcome.
 Attends Quality assurance meeting regarding improvements, problem encountered on the assembly lines.
 Establishes instruction manuals related to the functions and objectives of the unit.
 Performs other related job form time to time as may be required by the immediate superior in the attainment of the set goals and objectives of the section.

Production Maintenance Engineer (Assembly Line Maintenance)
 Fabrication In-Charge.
o Prepares checker boards fabrication schedule and personnel assignments.
o Decide on matters regarding new product fabrication.
o Coordinates with other sections regarding problems and improvements.
o Analyzes fabrication problems elevated by Engineers and Technical staffs.
 Design and fabricate Checker board required for the new wiring harness products based on the customers specification.
 Checks the circuitry of the assembled sample products by using the newly prepared program and newly fabricated Checker board.
 Unit Trainor.
o Trains and mentor new hired personnel of the unit.
o Instruct Circuit checker operators and Line leaders for the efficient use of new Checker boards.
o Trained and trains Engineers and Technical staffs on the proper usage and maintenance of new equipments or machines.
 Makes and recommends to immediate superior modification of checker jigs and other equipment.
 Dismantles phased-out Checker boards.
 Makes improvements on Checker boards.
 Does major repair and maintenance to Checker boards already used in the existing products.
 Repairs repairable checker jigs from dismantled checker boards.
 Performs other related job form time to time as may be required by the immediate superior in the attainment of the set goals and objectives of the section.
