The position is responsible for providing level 2 technical support needs. Through phone, email and chat. Support both hardware and software components of the system. Using multiple tools like remote desktop.

Also responsible for data mining and generation of reports mainly of XIM SLAs – daily, weekly and monthly. Responsible with new and update templates to compute our KPIs and other reports as needed
