Freelancer (Financial and Admin Consultant)
2013/03~
From 2013 I am providing financial and administration services as a freelancer.
1. Financial Record Compilation
Bookkeeping was performed on QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting software including complex banks, customers and vendors reconciliations were performed for Al-Safa Golden Co (Private) Limited (developers and operators of largest shopping mall in Islamabad-City), Roshan Pakistan (Private) Limited (developers of large housing society in Islamabad-City) and Pear D Gulf (Private) Limited (Developers of housing society in Gujanwala-City).
2. Internal Control Risk Assessment
Internal control risk assessment of JSK Feeds limited was performed for development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deployment of audit team to tackle the identified risks of leakage, wastage, procedural laps, segregation of duties and documentation.
3. ERP Implementation Project
Sage ERP 300 implementation of Elkhalel Arabia Petrochemical Company was performed as consultant that includes account code and description preparation and arrangement for client training.
4. Tax Matters
Registration with Federal income and sales tax authorities and provisional sales tax authorities of individuals, partnerships and companies; Filing of monthly and annual tax returns; Preparation of computerized tax challans for tax payments; Tax computation; Tax planning and advise, Follow-ups with tax department for resolution of queries.
5. Secretarial Matters of Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
Incorporation of companies with SECP; Drafting of Memorandum and Articles of Association including alterations therein; Transfer of shares; Calling upon annual general meetings and extra ordinary general meetings; Preparation of different challans, secretarial documents and filing of statutory returns; Appointments of Directors, Chief Executives, Auditors and other officers; Drafting replies to SECP for any queries raised including appearing before company registrar for presenting company’s stance.
