Concierge / Tour Guide

I worked in Tokyo's historical distric of Nihonbashi as a Tour Guide and Concierge.
My missions as a tour guide were to promote the city to foreigners and guide them on different location and teach them the history of the places we visited. I also took phone calls from customers who wanted to book tours or activities that happened inside the Information Center.
As a concierge, I helped people get aroung Nihonbashi in Japanese (mostly keigo), English and French.
