1. Visitors Management:
2. General Office Administration support
3. Ensure that all the office facilities are in good working condition follow up on repairs and routine maintenance.
4. Liaise directly with the Building Management on all facility issues.
5. Conduct routine checks on all facilities and equipment.
6. Prepare monthly report on facility issues.
7. Manage and be accountable for all items in the store.
8. Provide General Admin support to the General Manager as at when needed.
9. Raise Purchase requisitions on all Facility related expenses and purchases
10. Monitor and screen employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
11. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrence.
12. Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
13. Maintains the company’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
14. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
15. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property: monitoring surveillance equipment: inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points: permitting entry at night.
16. Call control room in cases of emergency, such as theft, fire or presence of unauthorized person.
17. Investigate disturbances on clients premise at night.
18. Patrol as often as possible industrial, commercial and residential premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates at night.
19. Takes phone calls, takes messages and assist or greet employees/guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
