Assistant Admin Manager
2009/01～ 2017/12
I joined Azuma Engineering (S) Pte Ltd in Feb 2009 as QA assistant, after working for 2 years I was asked to handle HR and Admin matters of the company including payroll. I rely on the trust of the management to take this task, stand alone, and it took me quite sometime to familiarize Singapore laws, payroll requirements, hiring procedures, insurances, and other matters related to HR and Admin. On top of it, in year 2014, the company expanded to JB Malaysia wherein I also need to assist on their payroll and insurance related matters. Sadly the company has undergone change of management in 2015 due from retirement of the Director then, and it comes with a lot of changes. I have managed to adapt with the changes and in July 2017 I was promoted as Assistant Admin Manager, despite the promotion I resigned end of year 2017.
