Initially part of a back office team resolving order errors, I was able to prove my customer-handling skills and was selected to join a dedicated team for an Australian telco account.
We handled and resolved installation and disconnection/reconnection issues during initial set up of new services or an address move.
I was also able to practice my communication skills further since collaboration with other technical client teams was required to ensure complete issue resolution.

Moving to a company with a US based telco account, I was able to practice and improve my efficiency via multitasking since I was assigned to handle both outbound and inbound customer service. We took care of account, billing and technical concerns alike. 80% of the day was spent calling customers back during the appointment time set while meeting a certain quota for the day, and the remaining 20% was taking in calls.

As a trainer, I wasn't limited to classroom training. I was also required to complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of student data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
