Conduct regular analysis of competitor’s services
• Manage all test devices and ensure availability for test at all times.

• Assist in managing customers’ issues relating to content subscription to ensure quality service at all times.

• Assist to collect empirical data from user campaign and promotions, identify and analyse users with negative response and process them for deactivation.
• Assist to increase engagement and develop retention features within products by improving customer communications across mail, Facebook fan page, push notification, inApp messaging.
• Assist in analysing marketing promotions to determine their success; make changes based on analytical data to improve the performance and response rate for future promotions.
• Conduct daily tests for all services to ensure service availability to subscribers.
• Identify service failures or downtimes and ensure prompt escalations to the project managers.
• Share daily test report to all project managers.
• Ensure quality of content and notifications are in sync with approved scripts.
